I advise leaders on behavioral prediction and behavior change. I help businesses understand what customers and employees are likely to do, choose which behaviors to focus on, and use that understanding to make better decisions and build better products.

I bring experience as Global Head of Behavioral Science at Walmart and as co-founder and CEO of Persona. At Persona, we build software and assessments to evaluate job fit and use them to recruit and staff teams for our clients. My advice draws on both behavioral research and experience building and leading organizations.

An engagement might focus on selecting the customer behaviors that will support a product’s growth, understanding why employees aren’t adopting a new process, or examining assumptions about customer behavior behind an investment. I start with the goal and the stakeholder actions needed to achieve it.
